1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email, password), profile information, and, for Creators, identity verification data submitted through Stripe Identity and Stripe Connect (government-issued ID, selfie, bank account details). We also collect payment information processed by Stripe when you make or receive payments, and usage data such as pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve the Platform, process transactions and escrow payments, verify Creator identities and manage trust tiers, communicate with you about your account, transactions, and disputes, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and generate aggregated analytics about Platform usage.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information with: Stripe, our payment processor, for payment processing, escrow, and identity verification; our hosting and infrastructure providers for Platform operation; law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Limited profile information (display name, Creator verification status) is visible to other Platform users as part of normal marketplace operation.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven years to comply with financial regulations. Identity verification data is stored by Stripe according to their data retention policies. You may request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.

5. Your Rights (GDPR and Similar Regulations)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing of your data, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. Identity verification and payment data are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
